After two year working in the ski industry, I decided that, among other things, it was time to buld my own ski industry. With a great partner like Byron, a bunch a ski and board nuts for friends, and hopefully and little corporate involvement, Snow Hugger is going to be a place to share experiences, tips, hacks, and to sit around with virtual beers to shoot the crap.
Hope we can satisfy. First stop is going to be Augsberg, Germany at the end of October. I’ll be going to help my former company Colorado Ski Country USA at the ski show there and will be blogging live. We’re going to cover a number of other show, hit some demos days to try out the skis, and hit the mountains for dope on runs, conditions, and all the stuff that makes snow culture what it is.
Of immediate concern, however, is getting ready. We’ve got skis to tune, bodies to get into shape, and plans to make. We’re going to bring you along for the ride and, hopefully, share some useful info along the way.
Most of al, we want your input. Tell us where you hit the slopes, what you hit them with, and how you hit them.
