According to Wikipedia, Norway is only 39th in terms of annual suicides, well behind Switzerland, Sweden, and Germany. Maybe Norwegians are just luckier than other Nordic peoples.
In this video, filmed last March, Norwegian free skier Fred Syversen misses his line and then survives a 107 meter (351 foot) cliff drop.
